GREG MULLAN
Greg has been part of the Fitzers team from as far back as to when they opened a wine bar on Camden Street. He then went on to be the General Manager in the various in Dublin, including Fitzers in Temple Bar which he opened with the Fitzpatrick Family 13 years ago. Greg has once again come on board to be General Manager of the new venture in Temple Bar ‘Frankies Bar & Grill’. We are delighted to have his extensive knowledge of food and his experience in delivering top class service at the forefront of Frankies.
STACEY CORBALLY
Head Chef Stacey Corbally hails from Rathfarnham in Dublin. While attending the Dublin Institute of Technology in Cathal Bruagh Street she earned the Student of the year award in 2004. Having qualified in the same year she started work in Fitzers Restaurant Temple Bar, working through all the different sections of a very busy kitchen so impressively that by 2006 she had been promoted to Junior Sous Chef. In October 2007 she moved restaurant to Fitzers on Dawson Street and took position as Sous Chef. In 2008 a very experienced Stacey moved back over to Temple Bar. This very talented chef took over as Head Chef of Frankies in December 2009.
